Claim Your Tickets
Deadline: May 18 at 5:00 p.m.
Tickets are only needed inside Weill Hall. Each graduate receives two (2) tickets for indoor seating in Weill Hall during the ceremony. Unlimited seating is available outside on the Weill Lawn for additional friends and family members.
Graduates will receive information via email on how to claim their tickets online on Wednesday, April 1. Tickets can be claimed online until Monday, May 18 at 5 p.m. and will require login with SSU credentials.
Once claimed, tickets will be sent via email as a PDF document. This PDF can be forwarded to your friends and family for easy access. Each ticket will include a unique barcode that can only be used once. It's crucial to emphasize to friends and family that multiple prints of the same ticket will not be valid. Please ensure that guests are aware of this to avoid any inconvenience on the day of your ceremony.
There is unlimited seating outside on the Weill Lawn. Tickets are not needed for outdoor seating.
Guests on the lawn will enjoy:
- A live broadcast on the outdoor Jumbotron
- High-quality audio so every name is heard
- Folding chairs will be available on the lawn for seating (first-come, first-served)
Important: Ticketed guests must be seated inside Weill Hall 15 minutes before the ceremony begins, or their seats will be forfeited.
A standby line will also be available for unclaimed seats inside Weill Hall. Entry is not guaranteed and is first-come, first-served.
