If you are participating in the 2023 Commencement ceremonies, please order your regalia early to ensure the correct size. Remember, all graduates are required to wear the academic regalia that is associated with the degree to be conferred upon them. If you are receiving a bachelor’s degree, you will wear the traditional black cap and gown. Master’s degree recipients should order the cap and gown, in addition to the hood associated with their discipline.

The deadline to place your order for store pick up was Thursday, March 23, by 8:59 p.m. PST. The Herff Jones website will no longer allow you to place an order for your regalia to be shipped to the University Store for pick up. However, you can still place your order through the Herff Jones website for shipment to your home, which adds a $16.95 fee to your order. The deadline to place your order online for home delivery is Wednesday, April 19, 8:59 p.m. PST.
The University Store (2nd floor, Student Center) will begin regalia distribution for all online orders starting Monday, May 1. At that time, those students who missed the deadline to order their regalia online, can come into the University Store and purchase everything they need. There will be plenty of caps, gowns, stoles (limited supply) and degree tassels. We will have everything available up through the start of Commencement.
